We do: the date each shared service reaches capacity, the date you have to decide by, and every remedy costed with its source shown.

What we do
One domain, one question, ten working days. We take your headcount curve and one capacity number and give you back a single dated answer: the week that domain reaches capacity, the date you have to decide by, and the arithmetic in full so you can challenge it. Fixed fee, credited against a diagnostic if you go further.
Fixed scope, six weeks. A full baseline across all eight domains — the date each one reaches capacity, the statutory welfare position, and a costed remedy with a named owner against every capacity-reach date.
For a programme already past its peak, or past its problems. Your own weekly actuals — gate counts, canteen sittings, parking occupancy, bus loads — rebuilt into the eight curves, with the date each service actually reached capacity, the decide-by date that implied, and what the gap cost at your own rates.
Thereafter, two ways on: a standing monthly pack that keeps the picture true (per project, cancel any time), and fixed-scope remedy delivery to land what we flag.

DGMO Consultancy Limited is a principal-led practice — twenty years on megaprojects across roads, ports, airports, data centres and semiconductor, in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Malaysia and the United States.
The principal's career ran through construction management on national road schemes, port works and a hyperscale data-centre campus, then site logistics for international engineering consultancies on industrial programmes across three continents — including the day-to-day running of parking, bussing, welfare and access at megaproject scale, and a standing capacity model held against them.
The methods here were built on those sites, not adapted from a transport assessment: demand ratios from observed usage, never allocation lists, every figure carrying its source and verification date.

Client data is held in confidence under the client's own NDA and is never reused, quoted or carried across to another engagement. Everything shown publicly on this site, in the film and in the demonstration pack is synthetic. Ratios are inputs carrying a source and a confidence marker, and the client may substitute their own at any time.
